Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work across DevTuskers paid products. It applies to purchases made directly through devtuskers.com or any DevTuskers product that links to this policy.
14-day refund window
For new paid subscriptions and one-time purchases, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date — no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@devtuskers.com with:
- The email address used for the purchase
- The product name and approximate purchase date
- A short note about the reason (optional but appreciated — it helps us improve)
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 1–2 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we process the refund on our side. Cross-border transactions can occasionally take a little longer.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not auto-renew. Cancellations on their own do not trigger a refund — to request one, follow the steps above.
Exceptions
A few situations fall outside the standard refund window:
- Usage-based services where you have already consumed substantial value (for example, large amounts of compute or generated content) may receive a partial refund or no refund at the discretion of our team.
- Purchases flagged as fraudulent or made in violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
- Promotional or heavily discounted purchases may have separate refund terms, which will be disclosed at the point of purchase.
Chargebacks
If something goes wrong, please reach out to us first — we will do our best to make it right. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us can lead to account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. The version of this policy in effect on the date of your purchase governs that purchase.
